With a soft skin that just peels off they are so easy to slice or mash. Creamy in texture they are perfect for guacamole or eating like the Cubans do, dolloped on top of their meal. Her green feathers are coming through and she is sleeping less, more alert and ready for mum to arrive with food. She has experienced her first tropical storm.
